CEDARBURG FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY

The Cedarburg Friends of the Library is a vibrant, active group of citizens who are dedicated to supporting the Cedarburg Public Library through fundraising, volunteer support and community events, such as Cedarburg Reads.

The Friends operate Buy the Book used book store and the Book Nook, permanently in the library. The used book sales and other fundraisers are held throughout the year to provide funding beyond the scope of the library’s operating budget. These sales raise funds for enhancements and programs including the 3D printer, the CPL website, the children’s summer reading program, additional bestseller novels, genealogy materials, Great Decisions programs, and more.

Proceeds support the library in many ways, such as:

  • Children’s summer reading programs
  • Additional best seller novels
  • Great Decision program
  • Maker Lab and Tinker Lab
  • Cedarburg Reads
  • Book Bike
  • CPL website updates

And much more!
